Low key first time meet ups are my preference. Casual settings and casual conversation seem to be a good way to begin to know one another.

I haven't really had much of the cliche dates, so I wouldn't mind the dinner and a movie or a coffee/lunch date.

I can't go far so maybe lunch at the Whole Foods Market or Burgerville just up the street. I am shy at first but I open up after I get warmed up.

Starbucks.... Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner(Hmmmm.... There seems to be a theme here. Can you tell that Im a Foodie? Or dare I say a food enthusiast.) :-)

Obviously, since we don't know each other, I would be open to meeting for coffee. We can plan a date after the initial meeting.

FIrst introduce self and hold 10 min conversation. I will know if I want coffee or even continue conversation and be seen in public with the person.

First i would meet at the local coffee shop (depends on mutual agreement) then talk, get to know one another, i would then ask if they wanted to go out for dinner, then watch a movie

I dont think it matters what we do on a first date, and I am a big fan of simplicity, so a coffee and walk would be just fine.

Meeting up at a nice, quiet, cozy cafe talk, maybe hold hands later if we feel like it...;) and plan our second date and hopefully beyond!...:)

First date hmm, i would have to say a good start would be going out for coffee, or lunch to get to know one another
