I think it's very important to meet in person in a low stress situation. Such as meeting for tea or coffee and seeing if we like each other's company in the real world.

We'd probably head down to a local cafe and have a coffee together, Getting to know eachother a little better. Because you know what they say, Coffee brings out the best in everyone!
How about a get to know date at a Starbucks with coffee. Then if in person we connect, we can plan a date. Maybe a cooking class experience for couples.
